UX Enhancements and UI Designs

As UX Researcher and Designer, I led a comprehensive platform overhaul focused on reducing cognitive load and establishing UI consistency across complex enterprise workflows. Through extensive traget customer research and usability testing, I identified critical pain points: inconsistent navigation patterns causing user confusion, fragmented data tables lacking visual hierarchy, and overwhelming information density preventing quick decision-making. I redesigned the information architecture by consolidating scattered navigation into a streamlined left-sidebar pattern with clear categorization, implemented data table standardization with sortable columns and inline actions reducing clicks, and introduced modal-based detail views preventing context-switching fatigue. Leveraging SAP UI5 component kits and Fiori design guidelines, I maintained brand familiarity while systematically improving accessibility—standardizing button hierarchies (primary/secondary/tertiary), implementing consistent spacing tokens (8px grid system), and ensuring WCAG AA compliance through improved color contrast and keyboard navigation. A key customer-driven feature was GDPR-sensitive data mapping within the dashboard—I designed a dedicated data privacy flow enabling admins to flag, mask, and audit sensitive customer information (PII fields) with permission-based access controls, visual indicators for encrypted data, and audit trail logs, directly addressing compliance requirements surfaced in customer feedback sessions.

Tech Collaboration & Feasibility Validation: Close collaboration with the engineering team ensured design feasibility—iterative design reviews validated technical constraints (API limitations, database schema impacts), front-end pair programming sessions refined component reusability, and pre-demo usability testing with stakeholders caught edge cases, resulting in a production-ready UI that balanced user needs with technical reality while maintaining system performance and scalability.

Website Redesign

The redesigned INTEGRTR website establishes rigorous brand consistency through a unified visual language: 2D vector illustrations (isometric HR/tech concepts) paired with clean line icons create approachable professionalism, while the restricted three-color palette (navy/dark blue for authority, vibrant green/teal for innovation, grey and pinks as visual setup and play while white for clarity) prevents visual chaos and reinforces brand recognition across all pages—homepage, product pages, blogs, and service sections. Consistent CTA styling (rounded green buttons), standardized section layouts (hero → problem → solution → testimonials), and repeating illustration motifs (people interacting with data/systems) create cognitive familiarity, ensuring users navigate seamlessly without relearning UI patterns. The old theme suffered from inconsistent colors and scattered visuals; the redesign leverages systematic storytelling (Mass Data Generator visualized through isometric server illustrations, SAP integration shown via connected user-system graphics) transforming complex B2B concepts into digestible, memorable brand moments via personalised illustrations and typograghy that position INTEGRTR as both technically competent and human-centered.

Print Design & Graphics (Branding)

Previously, INTEGRTR's visual language suffered from fragmentation—mixing tech-heavy imagery, random blue shades, and inconsistent illustrations without cohesive brand narrative. As Visual Designer, I established a signature visuals including vector illustration system paired with real world images (astronauts, human-centric workplace scenes) paired with teal-green accents on navy backgrounds, creating instant brand recognition across social media, infographics, and print materials (t-shirts, stickers). I developed engaging content concepts—Women's Day posts, "Integration Hacks" educational graphics, playful astronaut memes ("Intern Energy," "Hotfix"), humanizing B2B tech content through relatable storytelling and humor. This disciplined visual consistency transformed INTEGRTR from faceless integration tool to a brand with personality, expanding reach beyond enterprise audiences by making technical content shareable and instantly recognizable across all touchpoints.
